This is a purple checkered background phpNuke 5.5 theme with blue rounded cornered icon bar menu blocks with dark blue buttons and news bars as well as CSS for a dark blue scroll bar.
This theme surrounds the right and center blocks with a thin bar without doign the same to the left blocks.
